If you do not have health insurance, we require payment at the time of service. Payments may be made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. We also have financial counselors who will work with you to establish a payment plan.

Medical Surgical Specialists at Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge is conveniently located off I-75 at exit 107. Take Pine Ridge Road east and proceed approximately 1/4 of a mile. Make a left onto Napa Boulevard and make your first left into the medical campus.

Our primary location is at Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge (formerly Cleveland Clinic Florida). We also have offices at the new start-of-art Physicians Regional Medical Center - Collier Blvd, and satellite offices on Marco Island and Bonita Springs.

Referrals are not required by the clinic, but you should check with your insurance provider to see if it is required by your plan.
